Un solin de rive fait deux fois pour une fuite avec entrée d'eau sous-toiture en 10/2022 et en 03/2023. Premier solin réalisé probablement qu'avec du ciment sans chaux et non hydrofuge. Deuxième intervention houleuse car "l’artisan" est dans le déni. Il me refait le solin identiquement et toujours non étanche... Travail médiocre car la fuite est toujours présente par forte pluie. (comme ce soir en l’occurrence)... Dans l'urgence on a tendance à accepter le premier qui est disponible! c'est une erreur. Les gars montent sur le toit sans protections et sans tenue adaptée. Je ne recommande pas ce "couvreur".

An edge flashing was done twice for a leak with water entering under the roof in 10/2022 and in 03/2023. First flashing was probably done only with cement without lime and not waterproof. Second stormy intervention because the "craftsman" is in denial. He redid the flashing identically and still not waterproof... Poor work because the leak is still present in heavy rain. (like this evening in this case)... In an emergency we tend to accept the first one that is available! This is a mistake. The guys go up on the roof without protection and without suitable clothing. I do not recommend this "roofer".
